It was complicated that we needed to change rooms almost every day. It would be much more customer friendly to let them stay in the same room at the time, packing and unpacking every day is hard work!. And it would be nice to get the info about the move beforehand and some time to move (the staff came to our door and insisted us to leave and pack immediately at 9:30 am even if the check out time was at non. And we just needed to change rooms... We also got in to a bit trouble when asked for payment. We didn't understand that the payment wasn't charged from out Visa account immediately after double "signature" pin code and signature. ´We also got into big trouble for not having the Deposit receipt. Nobody explained the meaning of it to us or told us that it was REALLY IMPORTANT. Maybe Englist comment onthe slip would be worth it??? Sme of our rooms lacked fridge, tea water boiler....
