Excellent stay, we mainly appreciated the employees attitude, so ready to help in the best smiling way. They made the things extremely easy.
The restaurant choice is large and excellent. Really one of the best places I visited in China for > 12 years !

Excellent garden style hotel, east of city center near Shilaoren / Ocean World, lots of taxis into city (about 10 min to Beach no. 1) Good for families and couples wanting peace & quiet. Rooms seem newly refurbished, very clean and comfy with free internet & English TV channels. For seaview room, ask for south facing room in new building. Good western & chinese breakfast. Nice outdoor pool, seaside boardwalk across the street from hotel, short walk to small beach. Very attentive & friendly staff, well trained with sufficient English. All in all very nice place to stay and good value for locally managed hotel. |

The Seaview is an excellent 5 star hotel, I stayed 3 nights and enjoyed the service. The staff are everwhere always helpful. Most staff have some english so you can ask and get help if needed. The buffet breakfast is both western and chinese and plenty to choose from. I had a couple of games of bowling and again the staff were there to assist, I didn't use the indoor pool but it looked great. Will use again when in Qingdao, I have no complaints. |
