All were fine except one of the front desk lady staff was very lost on the places in Shanghai when I asked on where do I go to buy low prices bags n watches. |

Welcome to Hell not Heaven!!!
Do not stay at this hotel it may have been renovated in 1999 but what was done????
The rooms are not like the pictures, the bar on 18th floor is closed, does not exist, the coffee bar they "pushed" us out saying it was full, meanwhile it had only 5 Chinese men gambling cards which is illegal so no wonder it was "Full".
DO NOT CONSIDER THIS HOTEL unless you want to go to stay in hell |
