Horrible, Horrible hotel. The reception clerks and the Assistent managers are very rude and un-courteous. I will never rate as four star Hotel and I am sure not just me many will agree with me. The treatment I got from the staff was from a one star or two star hotel. I stayed in this hotel two years ago and I was not happy but it looks like the service is getting bad every year. The only reason I opted to stay at this hotel is because it was closer to the convention and it was my big mistake.
I will never again stay in this hotel nor I will recommend to anyone. |
