This is a very nice hotel with a long history, in a very nice section of Shanghai. I often stay here as it is my favorite Shanghai hotel. This time I stayed in the newer Garden Hotel part of the compound. The staff was
very nice and helpful, the room was spotlessly clean. The fitness room is good and convenient. The breakfast varied and better tha many buffet breakfasts with a good mix of western and Chinese breakfast foods. I did not like the frosted glass in the first floor room that I had but other
than that the room was lovely. |
