Shanghai Metropolis Hotel is a 7-storied building of 6080 square meters scale. Its contains reception, bar, beauty saloon, shopping center, business center, conference hall with different scale, entertaining room, KTV and multi-functional hall. It is the hotel with 2-star level and new style, the integration of accommodation, dinning, entertainment and business.
The south part of the first and second floor is the 800-square-meter dinning room. It includes 380 seats. There's a royal room and a noble room on the first floor those can be combined into a big room which can hold four 10-people-tables. On the second floor, there're 5 deluxe rooms, that is Taiwain, HongKong, Macao, Paris and Shanghai Room. The big dinning room on the first floor can hold 15-table banquet, and 20 on the second floor.
The restaurants in Metropolis Hotel serves Shanghai local cuisine and home-style cuisine. Some famous chefs are invited for Cantonese and Hangzhou cuisine. We also have our unique food of nice shape and delicious taste.

The bath water was dirty ( yellow colour) and the breakfast wasn't up to standard.
We stayed at that hotel because of the location and price.
