No Air-cindtioning in room and the temperature exceed 26 degree C at night and they claimed that some guess found the air-condition too cool therefore they turn it off and say they can only provide fan which is to my surprise because they are supposed to be a four star hotel which is worst than a 2 star |

A good hotel, well run. The staff were friendly and helpful and looked after our demands. They were excellent gym facilities and the internet was excellent. The staff in the coffee lounge were difficult to deal with however. I had one pot of tea (RMB 60) and they charged me for having someone with me! It was a little out of the way as for as getting to other places in Shanghai. |
