I have stayed in this hotel first time, and my first experience was good. However I had an unpleasant experience. At the time of check out, I was questioned about a knife that was never placed in my room. I felt very uncomfortable trying to explain that I did not take a knife that was never placed in my room. There was no knife in the room, so I took the trouble to buy it myself. The hotel management needs to monitor the housekeeping practices closely to avoid such embarrassing incidents among its paying costumers! |
