I had a terrible time in this hotel this summer. I booked 7 nights on line in USA before heading for China. Two days before the check-out date, I requested to stay one more day. One of the receptionist said okay and even made me moved to a more expensive room. So I thought everything was all set and took the kids to Suzhou for a one-day trip. But when we got back at 9pm to the South hotel, my kids and I were thrown out of the hotel! Our belongings were all taken out the room by hotel staff! We were told that there was no room for us! They even charged me extra money for the room. I couldn't beleive they would treat their guests like that. I will definitely do something about it. |

This is hotel is great value if you want to stay in xujiahui area, its 5 mins from the stadium and metro so one stop from the shopping centre of xujiahui and 10mins more to huahai Rd in the centre. Standard room is large and modern with bath and shower and one free breakfast inc for 298rmb. |
