Sunny Resort Hotel is located in Dandong commercial center, covering an area of 20,000 squar meters. It only takes 20-minute drive to the airport and 1.5 kilometers from the railway station, it is easily accessible. The hotel has two buildings, building A is designed exclusively for leisure travellers while building B for business mainly. Building A is a uinque combination of European manor Architecture and updated pollution-free lifestyle concept.The hotel offers professional aerobic facilities, meet your needs on keeping fit and staying health.There are 55 deluxe guest rooms here in building A. A large health and recreation center can accomadating more than 1000 people to bath at the same time. Based on the theme “pollution-free&healthy”, the sanau room offers balneotherapies for thoes who need or just want to unwind from hectic urban life. All in all, it’s really your ideal choice for leisure or getting rid of stress.
Building B welcomes all business people. It opened for all guests in September, 2006. The building B offers elegant decorated rooms, gorgerous banquet service and anvanced meeting facilities to guests. There are 141 rooms here serve you personally. The multifuntion room is the largest one in Dandong that can hold 600 people to have dinner. Still,coffee bar, RTV private room and other amennities will make you snatch much leisure from busy life.

2009년 7월 3일에 본 호텔에 묵었다.
앞서 소개글과 같이 10층으로 배정을 받았다. 호텔의 전반적인 시설, 관리상태는 양호했으며 아침식사 또한 좋은 편이었다.
다만, 카운터의 메니저 급으로 보이는 여자와 영어를 못하는 직원은 매우 불친절하고 묵둑둑하게 대하던 것이 인상적이다.^^
그리고 투숙시 사우나 티켓을 요긴하게 사용하였다. 시설이나 서비스가 아주 좋았고 안마도 받을 만 했다. 그러나 단동은 밤에 할일이 별로 없다는 점이 가장 큰 단점인것 같았다. 물론 걸어서 5분 거리에 큰 시장이 있기는 하지만 그다지 새로울 것이 없어서 흥미롭지는 않았다.
호텔을 등지고 왼쪽 약 500미터 거리에 중국식 노래방이 약 8개 정도 영업을 하던데 시설이나 서비스는 우리 정서에는 별로 맞지 않는듯 했다. (방비 200, 복무원50)그냥 건전한 개념으로 한번 경험할 만한하다.
그리고 단동 역(버스터미널), 압록강공원은 호텔에서 택시를 타면 기본요금 5위안(약930원)에서 어디든 갈 수 있다.

매번 단동 방문 시(약 8회 이용) 이용하는 호텔이지만 가격 대비 만족도는 높은편이다.
1.예약:SINO HOTEL SITE에서 표준방을 예약하면 꼭 10층방을 배정 받는다.
호텔측에 물어보니 가격이 싸서 그렇타고 하는데 엘리베이터가 9층까지 밖에 운행하지 않기 때문에 사실 짐이 많은 경우 9층에서 10층까지 걸어가는것이 불편하다.
2.룸 시설:욕실 샤워기에서 물이 풍부하게 나오지 않는다.(성질 급한 사람은 샤워 못함) - 체크인 시에 호텔 맞은편 사우나 무료 쿠폰 1개가 제공되므로 사우나를 이용해 보는것도 좋다(시설 괜찮음)
또한 방 내부에서 무료 LAN CABLE 이 설치되어 있어 노트북 지참 시 무료로 인터넷 사용이 가능하고 TV에서 2개의 한국 위성도 방송된다.
3.조식:음식 괜찮은 편이고(중국식과 양식 이 조합된 부폐-김치 포함) 기본 숙박비에 2인 조식 가격이 포함돼있다 .
4.호텔주변:걸어서 5~10분 거리에 단동기차역과 단동 최대의 시장인 신료가 위치하고 있어 쇼핑 및 이동이 편리하다.
한국인 밀집지역인 3마루까지는 택시로 5위안 정도면 갈 수 있다.
5.직원서비스:그리 친절 하지는 않치만 크게 불편하지는 않다. 중국답게 체크인과 체크아웃시에 시간이 무지 걸리므로 인내심이 필요하다.(시간이 오래 걸려도 직원들은 무관심)
