Unfortunately this was an unpleasant stay: when we arrived after a long and exhausting travel the "boy" at the frontdoor just looked at us with great curiosity while we had to unload our heavy luggage by ourselves out of the taxi. Quality and service is simply bad, this regards the restaurant and the unfriendly frontdesk staff: no ticket service ("you must go to the station and buy your tickets"), no exchange ("we don't know where or how you can change your money in Hangzhou"), in both of our bathrooms (we had to change one time) were infected with mould.
