This hotel is quite run down and needs an update. The breakfast is barely adequate and items(including tea) are often not replenished. The staff is small but generally helpful although usually only 1 or 2 speak English adequately. The location and views are amazing though. |

Good location for those who like to be close to the bund or nanjing road. Other places in puxi are also easily accessible by cheap taxis.
Nice quiet breakfast room with great view.
Was upgraded to a suite and the room is very spacious with living area, dining area and kitchenette. Toilet located outside bedroom near kitchenette results in a little inconveniece. Lighting is dim. |

Excelent location. Nice view. Good hotel for the value. Eventhough it is a busy time for the city I do not understand why the hotel cancelled my 3 days reservation having arrived 1 hour after the estimated time of arrival. It is the first time I see a hotel cancelling the reservation because you did not arrive on time. Nobody told me I have to arrive on time or I will lose the reservation. |
