The Wenzhou Dynasty Hotel was beautiful. We had great service from the Assistant Manager - she arranged a translator for us the morning that we needed one. The one complaint that I have about the leisure facilities is that the pool does not stay open as late as they say (10 p.m.) it seemed that the pool staff would close early by 15 minutes or more and that was irritating. Family friendliness I gave a lower rating to simply because the staff was not always polite when they addressed my children. |

I ORDERED EXECUTIVE ROOM, AND THEY PROVIDED STANDARD ROOM, WITH NO EXECUTIVE MEETING POINT OR OTHER EXECUTIVE STANDARD SERVICES, I TRIED TO CHANGE TO EXECUTIVE FLOORS AND STAFF TOLD ME THAT EXECUTIVE FLOORS HAD BEEN REORGANIZED. NOT SO GOOD FOR THE PRICE PAID. |
