Five minutes to Westlake means five minutes taxi drive, not walk. New hotel, not well organised, stuff not always helpful. Good for 3.5 stars. |

Very nice hotel, newly opened, not all the buildings finished, so the price is very attractive now. Later will be more expensive. Very quiet place, though not far from Xihu lake and downtown. They can call a taxi for you any time, so location was not a problem. |

我除了在SINOHOTEL 网上订了一间房给我的朋友外我本人还直接在网上订了两个房住了6晚。饭店地理位置非常好。但是缺少了车队，不好叫车。员工服务精神一流，无可挑剔。早餐缺乏花样，种类天天一样。山景房对着山环境最好，对园庭的反而因为有餐厅在楼下而觉得喧哗。酒店新开张虽然有不足之处，但整体上因为员工的服务精神和态度，我们如果再去杭州我们还是会住在蓝天清水湾，也会介绍朋友到这酒店。--侯敏慧 |
