We stayed for 3 nights at this hotel. The requested room was not prepared, so they offered us another room with a view into a construction side. We request a change and got a room on a higher floor whoch was really small. Water was running out of the bathroom on the carpet but no one fixed it in 3 days. The safety box was not working and was not fixed. Breakfast waiters were careless and rude, food was old and selection was very limited. The stuff speaks not much english and is not helpful at all. Location is good in the center of the city and close to shoppingmalls and lake access. |
