The Yihe Hotel is a new apartment hotel located in the busist heart of Guangzhou. The hotel boasts guestrooms with modern decoration and in-house broadband access. There is a night club and Western restaurant in the hotel.

POSITIVES
1. Excellent Front Office staff (speaks passable English, provided you speak slow and sensible)
2. A great facility at the main entrance, with refreshments, water, beverages, for the guests FOC, at any time they enter or exit! A feature not available in many hotels of same caliber around the globe.
3. Well attended rooms
4. Good to moderate food, very polite staff; once again.
DOWNS
Nothing much;
1.Maintainance staff should be more proactive,
not wait for a guest to complain.
Example, the bath tub drain stop never worked. We did not complain, but it would be better if
this was checked before the guests were assigned to the room.
2. Poor properganda on the B-BOSS.
It was way too late by the time we got to know that, such a thing existed in this hotel.
CONCLUSION
A place highly recomended for a pleseant stay. A home away from home !! |

Its a great place, slightly small but the quality is very very good. Some rooms on the top floor have wonderful views, so try to get those. |
