I used to stay at this hotel. This time, I am very desapointed, although I have returned from from Dec. 4 to 7 . (i) I asked for a quiet Deluxe room; as no was avalaible, I got a standard room, but at the same price; (ii) I made a reservation for Mrs Xiaoxian Huang; they said OK; but the reservation had disappered; (iii) I give to the reception a letter to Mrs Huang : it has been misplaced; (iv) I gave a paper roll along with other luggages : I got the luggage, but the rool was lost (I fighted to have a night discounted; they finally agreed; (iv) I was in room 659 : very bad smell from the toilett; the reception send somebody to clean it : no change; therefore I did it myself and it was OK; (v) room very badly cleaned since long time; (vi) somme piece of furniture in poor condition. |

stayed several times in bj oriental hotel and will come again. great location, perfect staff. single neg points are the business center with only 2 computers -in chinese :( , missing curtains between bathroom and bedroom in executive suite and rather poor breakfast buffet for foreigners. otherwise as said, perfect !! |
