Room and staff were good. Breakfast from western perspective very poor. Our stay coincided with conference and at meal times we felt shunted of to the side with priority given to conference attendees. Our patronage should be just as important. |

Excellent experience in general. The only problem was our in room PC did not work; they could not fix it and offered no remedial options. One checkout staff was not very helpful, but all others were excellent. |

We upgraded it to 5 star wing and was excellent. The requirement of 1000 yuan for deposit was a little unusual. |
