The Beijing Jade Palace Hotel is located in the center of Beijing's Haidian District and between the city's Third and Fourth Ring Roads. Transportation has never been more convenient. It is 12 kilometers away from downtown and only 30 minutes by car to reach Capital International Airport. The subway station is a mere five-minute drive away.
The hotel is located close to the major business district of Beijing and just west of the Asian Game Village. Also, it is near the "silicon valley", Zhongguancun High-tech Industrial Development Zone, where both domestic and foreign manufacturers and companies dealing in electronics all gather. There are all kinds of financial bodies located here in addition to a dozen of key universities including Beijing University and Qinghua University. The hotel is also close to Zhongguancun Customs, conveniently located for guests to declare purchases.
Some famous cultural and historical relics as such as Summer Palace, Fragrance Hill and Ruins of the Park of Perfection and Brightness (Yuanminyuan) are due north of the hotel and the Great Wall is not far by virtue of the speedy Jing-Chang Expressway.

I was plan to stay for 3 days, however, the bed was just a box of springs. Basically, I was sleep on top of springs with only a very thin layer of cover. How could a 5 -star hotel with bed like this?! I have to check out earlier and run away. |
