Hotel is situated not far from Wangfujing shopping center, staff is very friendly (unlike some other hotels in Beijing). So, it is very recommendable hotel for someone who wants to visit Beijing for fun. We liked it a lot. Next time we'll go to the same hotel.
I don't know about staff english knowledge cause i speak chinese.
Advice: Never forget to bring hotel phone number with you, so taxi driver can call the hotel directly to get the instructions how to get there.

Service at the hotel is quite good and friendly but the rooms are nothing to boast about (we stayed on the first floor in a big standard room for RMB178 per night). The walls are so thin that you can hear next door guests speaking crisp clear and other guests speaking along the corridor interrupted our sleep. Generally clean but encountered 2 baby roaches in the cupboard and bathroom. It's only 10 minutes walk away from Wangfujing but the location of the hotel has proved to be a headache for many drivers. Tell them to enter via Cuifu Jiadao (travel 300m down that street, make a left turn & you'll see a big signboard pointing the hotel direction) as Long Fu Si Jie is no entry to cars. |
