신화(申華)비즈니스호텔은 국태군안(國泰君安)투자관리주식유한공사 산하의 자회사로서 투숙, 음식, 비즈니스회의시설을 두루 갖춘 외국인을 상대로 한 2성급 호텔이다. 호텔은 도심에 있고 호텔을 에워싸고 있는 남포대교(南浦大橋)가 연결되어 있으며 십육포버스정류소가 지척의 거리에 있다. 또한 주변에는 해외에 이름있는 예원비즈니스센터와 중국의 경전 고성상(古城廂)이 자리잡고 있다.
교통이 사통팔달하여 해외고객들이 휴가, 비즈니스활동, 회무교류, 친구와의 작은 모임을 가질 수 있는 이상적인 장소로 된다.

You can't beat the price, but the hotel is not clean and the staff speak almost no english so they won't be able to help you with anything. Expect some fights with the front desk because their attitude is far from friendly. Anyway, the hotel is good if you're on a budget. It is maybe 30-40 minutes walk from a subway station and the main sights, so you may want to get a taxi to get to Shanghai's centre. |

Honestly, I walked into the hotel and realized that it was not going to be the place for me. I'm a student on a budget, and if even I can't deal with it that's saying something. First of all there is no internet access to speak of nearby, if you wanted internet access chances are you would have to at least know a little bit of chinese (so if you don't speak any chinese whatsoever this location will be a problem for you) It all depends on what room you get, if you're getting a single its a toss up, and the rooms are not well equipped at all. The staff on the day that I was there was not very accomdating and were actually quite rude and careless. Even though I had made a reservation in advance my room was not ready when I got there. All in all I would not recommend it. Tip for students looking for a cheap place: Pu (3) Jiang (3) fan(4) dian(4) or the YMCA..also tip just sort of cough out that you're a student and don't have much money and the prices change drastically. |
